The Apostle Paul told the Corinthians “we preach Christ crucified” and he was “determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 1:23; 2:2). Sounds very Protestant to our ears but in fact strikes the antinomian nominal Christian world in the face. In fact, Christ’s crucifixion was the crucial pivotal act of Christ that determined the success of God sending Him as our Savior.
